Susan is very happy as the weather is finally getting more cool! I don’t mind the heath as much as she does: I have a big tongue to pant with and if I still get hot, I just jump in the water or Susan gives me a nice drink. After that I’m good to go again! But I do enjoy the cooler season. Playing in the garden is a bit more nice now and we often have very good friends over, to run around with! One of my friends has a bed that’s so soft and comfy, we ended up sharing it after a long afternoon of playing. Susan was beside herself and almost couldn’t handle our ‘cuteness’. Hmmm….
For the first time in months Susan took me for a long hike last week! I was so happy to be running around in the mountains again. I hope from now on we will go more often. Susan lets me off leash sometimes, but not when I get too excited. Because then I like to follow smells and don’t pay any attention to where Susan is going, haha! This time I definitely picked up some very interesting scents, but Susan wouldn’t let me go explore, poor me. Luckily I forget about certain smells quite easily, as there are soooo many other amazing perfumes floating around. I like to stick my nose everywhere, so after hiking I have many plant seeds sticking to me and Susan plucks them all off. I don’t know why. Humans remain strange creatures to me, but I love them anyway.
